Arid climate, high altitude, strong sunlight and ultra violet rays will oxidize almost any elastomer, and it won’t take very long. Because of severe oxidizing elements in certain above ground conveyor systems, Price Rubber developed this SUPER MSHA compound.
Antioxidant and antiozonant chemicals are added to this recipe, along with the required flame out ingredients. Extensive hot oven aging tests indicate this compound will stand any climate in America, even in Death Valley. It helps to run them in the shade, but if there is no shade, it will make little difference to this special belt cover stock. Available on any fabric carcass, any cover thickness, any width with cut edges.
